💸 Cancellation Fee
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $75 fee will be billed directly to you. This charge is not covered by insurance.
💬 Medical Advice via Portal
Messages sent through the patient portal that require medical advice from a provider may incur a $25 fee.
⏱️ Response Time
Portal messages are typically answered within 1–3 business days. For urgent matters, please call or text the office directly.
