We'll take a detailed history of your current concerns and any performance goals you're working toward. Dr. Dorea Neigert will provide a thorough, one-on-one examination, discuss your customized treatment plan, and perform a brief initial therapy session.
š¼ļø If you have imaging (MRI, X-ray, etc.), please text us beforehand so we can review it with you during your visit.

This visit is focused solely on therapeutic treatment. We wonāt be reviewing imaging or conducting a full evaluation. Youāll receive personalized therapy based on your ongoing care plan with Dr. Dorea Neigert.

š If your appointment is more than 24 hours away:
You can easily reschedule on your own through the patient portal or online.
ā³ If itās less than 24 hours before your appointment:
Please text us at 512-567-6343. A $75 late cancellation fee will be automatically billed to you. This charge is not covered by insurance.

We may bill your auto insurance if you were injured in a motor vehicle accident. Each policy is uniqueācoverage varies depending on your plan and whether a claim has been filed.

If you're represented by an attorney, we may accept a Letter of Protection (LOP). This document ensures your medical bills will be paid from your settlement once the case resolves.

We must have your attorney's contact info and the signed LOP on file before beginning care under this arrangement.
Without a valid LOP or active auto claim, treatment may be billed to your health insurance or paid out-of-pocket.
