Dorea Wilder Neigert DC, CCSP received her Bachelor’s Degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA. Dr. Neigert has volunteered nearly 2 years to the development of chiropractic methods and provided analysis and chiropractic spinal adjustments to thousands in 3rd world countries including Bolivia (South America) and Ghana (West Africa). She practiced in Southern California before returning back to her home state of Texas to join us here in Austin in 2010.
Dr. D. is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), certified full body provider for Active Release Technique (ART®), Certified in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT), Certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and a Designated Doctor for the Texas Division of Worker’s Compensation (DWC). Treating expecting mothers is a true passion and she is certified in the Webster® Technique. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP).
She integrates methods including myofascial release, Active Release Technique (ART®), McKenzie Methods®, corrective therapeutic exercises, chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, Graston, Gua Sha, dry needling, cupping, shockwave and functional movement screens to get the professional athlete or the athletic professional back into motion and functioning at their optimal level.
She treats acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions including sports and repetitive stress injuries, neck and low back conditions, tendonitis, shoulder, elbow and hand conditions, hip, knee, and ankle conditions.
She very rarely removes activity for injury but refocuses activities to create a more balanced and conditioned body. She will restore mobility, improve stability and then strengthen to provide long lasting results for your injury.
“Pre-hab” is treating the nagging aches and strains with therapy before they turn into injuries that restrict activity. Avoid pain and stay in the game by training the most often-injured areas of the body. By a thorough dynamic Functional Movement Screen, she can help patients to avoid injury, avoid pain and stay in the game by specific training based on the patient’s current activities and imbalances.
Some patients still call her "Dr. Wilder" and most just call her "Dr. D." When she’s not drinking green vegetable smoothies, you can find her running in the greenbelt with her dog, cycling, swimming, racing in half ironman triathlons, taking yoga classes or spending time with her husband, and 2 young kiddos! Exercise Technician and Certified Athletic Trainer
Arden grew up in Orange County, California and was a competitive dancer for 15 years. She moved to Texas to pursue her undergraduate degree in athletic training at TCU in Fort Worth. There, she worked with TCU’s sports teams as a student athletic trainer to further her clinical education for four years and graduated as a certified athletic trainer (ATC). She then moved to San Marcos, TX to pursue her Master’s degree in exercise science with an emphasis in strength and conditioning, while also working as the athletic trainer for the women’s volleyball team at Texas State University. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and is dry needle certified. After spending three years working at Texas State, she moved to Austin and is continuing to further her clinical knowledge and utilize her passion for helping others as the exercise technician at FitLab Rehab.
In her free time, Arden enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, two stepping, trying a new recipe, or learning a new hobby. She enjoys staying fit with Pilates and barre classes, as well as weight lifting.
Exercise Technician and Certified Personal Trainer
Born and raised in Austin, Margot has played lacrosse since early on, serving as Varsity Team Captain for three years at Austin High School while playing on the Texas Play Hard Outlaws club team. She continued to the collegiate level at Bryn Mawr College for four years, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Indigenous Studies and Creative Writing. Before returning to Austin after graduating, she interned with her College's Strength and Conditioning Coaches, studying anatomy and actively assisting incoming collegiate athletes during training sessions. Margot is furthering her studies in the fitness and athletics industry as an Exercise Technician, Certified Personal Trainer, and lacrosse Coach for South West Austin Girls (SWAG) lacrosse. In the summers, she is in the pool, teaching swim lessons and coaching the Tarry House youth swim team. In her free time, Margot enjoys the waters of Barton Springs Pool, the trails of the Austin Greenbelt, getting in the gym, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and often you can find her two-stepping at various Dance Halls.

Abigail, known as “Abby,” is driven by her passion for helping others. With over three years of experience in healthcare administration, she is also pursuing an undergraduate degree in Art History. Growing up just south of Austin, Abby loves paddle boarding on the San Marcos River and staying active at the gym.
