Please arrive at your scheduled time. Please sign your new patient forms online and we will have a much faster check-in (use chrome or edge). Please bring insurance card, ID and payment for any copayments. We will take a detailed history of your current chief complaint and/or what types of performance goals you have. Dr. Neigert will provide a thorough one on one examination, discuss the treatment plan, and therapy will be performed. If you have imaging (MRI, Xray, Etc) please text us before you come and we can try to have that available for her to review with you too. You will be in our office for about 60 minutes.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move, stretch, roll, and exercise. Athletic clothing is perfect! We will be performing activites on your first visit. Dr. Neigert will want to examine the body part of concern, so wear loose fitting clothing that allows easy access.

This is soooo complex!
You may have a deductible that needs to be met before your benefits kick in. If this is the case, you will be paying more until you reach that limit. We usually collect something at the time of service. Then you may/may not be responsible for a percentage of services. Each plan is very different.
Some insurance has a copay only, so you would be responsible for that.

Most often you have Personal Injury Protection (PIP) no matter who was at fault. You will need to verify this with your auto insurance adjustor and/or the adjustor of the other party invloved in the accident.
